Risks that allow renters to set up without proper supervision by management or employees
Climbing walls where the owner does no supply an attendant who will restrict customers to only those who can handle the actual hookup
Bungee Jumping
Hot Air Balloons
Log Rolls
Parasailing
Sky Tubes
Trampolines
Water Slides or other water type rides (other than water slides not connected to or adjacent to a body of water, such as a lake, pond or swimming pool)
Water Walking Balls
Mechanical Bulls - Hydraulic Type
The "Titanic" Slide
Devices manufactured or assembled by a non-U.S. domiciled or registered Manufacturer
Inflatables or other devices that are retail grade; made for the consumer market.

Subjectives

• All equipment must meet ASTM standards

• All equipment must meet the inspection requirements outlined by the Texas Department of Insurance as set forth in 28 TAC (Texas Administration Code) SS5.9001 - SS5.9014 and in Chapter 2151, Texas Occupations Code.

• All operators and attendants must be knowledgeable and fully trained to operate the specific amusement ride or device

• All inflatable devices and rides must be delivered and properly set up by the insured or trained employee

• A checklist outlining operational guidelines for each inflatable of amusement device that meets the manufacturer's requirements must be utilized with each set up and must be reviewed with each customer

• Operators/attendant or owner must be present during the operation of the following rides/devices;
  Euro Bungee Jump/Power Bungee Jump
  Climbing Walls
  Go-Karts, Trains or any other ride with wheels

• A maintenance log must be maintained for each ride or device
